David McCullough is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-S) and practices in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. He also is the clinical director of MOMS, Inc; which operates adult in-patient substance use disorder facilities in Florence, AL. Mr. McCullough has a bachelor’s degree in Social Science Education, a master’s degree in Counseling, and is currently successful at working toward a PhD. in Psychology.

facilities serving the female and male population from throughout the southeast.

Owner/Clinical Director, Quality Life Center Counseling Services Providing individual and group counseling sessions, psychosocial assessments/evaluations, treatment plans, case management, mental health services, and drug
testing services for individual clients and businesses.
David is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). EMDR has been
used for over twenty years and is a recommended therapy for trauma and distressing events that
have resulted in a change in the way a person feels about themselves or the world around them.
EMDR has also been used to address other issues such as anxiety, depression, procrastination,

David McCullough uses the client-centered approach. He is an authentic, respectful, and non-judgmental professional. Integrating complementary therapies to offer a personal approach for each client is foremost. With compassion and understanding, Mr. McCullough works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
